Galah (Eolophus roseicapillus) is versatile and its ability to adapt has ensured the species has benefited from the colonisation of Australia. Nesting in three hollows and mating for life the galah is an intelligent bird that has been observed enjoying life, flying for fun. These birds make entertaining pets and many have formed strong bonds with their human friends, even talking to them!
