Shipping policy

All items will be sent in one shipment by Registered Australia Post, which includes insurance for items valued up to $100. Please contact us on (08) 8388 7250 or shop@hahndorfacademy.org.au if you require Extra Cover for items valued over $100 or other carrier requirements.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All parcels are sent via Registered Australia Post within Australia according to Australia Post Specifications. Where available, you can select standard or express delivery at checkout. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and are usually sent 24-48 hours after an order is received. Exhibition artworks currently on display will not be dispatched until after the exhibition has closed. Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight and destination. Registered Australia Post includes insurance for items valued up to $100 and Extra Cover can be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All parcels are sent via Registered Australia Post Air Mail service to international destinations. We are not responsible for any taxes that may be required in the country of delivery. Registered Australia Post includes insurance for items valued up to $100 and Extra Cover can be purchased for an additional fee.
