Collection: Nicole Ayliffe
Nicole Ayliffe, based in Adelaide, South Australia, is a distinguished glass artist working out of the Jam Factory Contemporary Craft and Design studio and The Warehouse studio in Edwardstown, which she co-founded in 2017 with five other artists.
Nicole earned First Class Honours from the South Australian School of Art in 2005. Her work is housed in prestigious collections globally, including the Glasmuseum (Germany), Octavia Hill’s Museum (England), and the Toledo Museum of Art (USA), among others.
She has been recognized in numerous art awards and featured in exhibitions worldwide, notably at the V&A Museum in London for COLLECT and SOFA in Chicago. Ayliffe draws inspiration from nature, reflecting it in her glasswork, characterized by thick clear forms infused with photographic and engraved imagery.
Her vibrant, functional glassware, influenced by minimalist design and bursts of colour, is designed to complement living spaces, embodying her love for nature and her 20-acre property in the Adelaide Hills.
